Original First Data associates
There are three pension schemes; The Fiserv UK Group Personal Pension* (Legal & General), the defined contribution (DC) section and the defined benefit (DB) section. Your plan depends on the date you were hired at First Data. From 20 July 2023 the DC section was transferred to the Scottish Widows Master Trust (SWMT).
If you were hired after 01/09/2013 and joined the pension scheme on or after this date you will be part of the current Fiserv UK Group Personal Pension*.
If you were hired before 01/09/2013 you will either be a member of the DC or DB section or both.
- if you joined the scheme before 01/08/2004, you will be part of the DB section. If you were still employed at 30/06/2009 you may then have joined the DC section. If you were still employed at 31/08/2013 you may then have joined the Fiserv UK Group Personal Pension*
- if you first joined the scheme between 01/08/2004 and 31/08/2013 you will have joined the DC section. If you were still employed at 31/08/2013 you may then have joined the Fiserv UK Group Personal Pension*
